RAIN STOPS STRAY! Well, not rain exactly, but lightning. The atmosphere at A New Day Festival on Friday was literally electric as we took to the stage. No sooner had we started, a biblical thunderstorm erupted - a proper job - monsoon like rain, lightning and thunder. Sadly, should lightning occur within six miles of the event, the show has to stop and can't re-commence until at least half an hour has passed which effectively scuppered our set. The weekend was here, and it was already shaping up to be an excellent, truly one-off event."

Del will be taking his solo set on tour with Spike from Quireboys in December. He'll be playing the following dates: Friday 4th, The Station - Cannock Thursday 17th, The Hot Box - Chelmsford Friday 18th, The Black Prince - Northampton Sunday 20th, Northern Powerhouse - Birkenhead

Wow - what a blast we had at Knebworth and an honour to be performing with so many people who were a part of Maiden's history. Steve Harris was at the side of the stage and watched our whole set - a set to remember for sure!
